These days everybody talks about the environment, but for over 40 years, prepainted metal has been produced by the coil coating process which is the most efficient, cleanest way to paint metal.
Not only is prepainted metal produced in the most environmentaly sensitive way, but it is also used in numerous applications, from eco-buildings to efficient appliances, which benefit the environment. In fact, a new study by the Oxford Institute for Sustainable Development for ECCA has shown that houses with metal roofs are more comfortable and use less energy than those with traditional tile roofs, as shown in the ecca Technical Paper “Metal roofing for comfortable, energy efficient housing”.
